Shipping & Delivery
All orders are preferably shipped with DHL Shipping is free for orders over €45. Customs fees may also apply to Swiss orders. Domestic delivery takes place within 3 business days. International delivery takes approximately 8-10 business days.

Current information: Due to the coronavirus pandemic, delivery times may be temporarily delayed. We ask for your understanding. For this reason, in exceptional cases, the "Shipment Announced" status in the shipment information may not be updated for several days.

Shipment tracking
Once your order has been completed and announced for shipment, you will receive an email with the subject "Your yuicy order has been shipped!" (Sender: info@onefulfillment.de/noreply@billbee.de). Please do not send any shipment-related inquiries to this email address. The sender, Onefulfillment, is our warehouse.

You will then receive shipment information from DHL via email. You can view or update all delivery information in the shipment tracking system using this link. You can enter your tracking number here .


Important additional information
Please note that it may take one day for the shipment status to update in your tracking information. If you haven't received a DHL tracking link within two days of receiving the yuicy email, please check that you entered your email address correctly when placing your order and check your spam folder for the email. If it isn't there, please contact us at hey@yuicy.de and explain your issue.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note that orders placed during the day on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
